    Proximity to beach & the Cannes croisette. The very friendly concierge who was very helpful.

    The majority of staff did not have a good grasp of English, surprising for a major tourist destination. This made for some awkward exchanges. The corridors/elevators were extremely hot with poor ventilation. Renovations/painting should be confined to after hours, especially in the front lobby entrance - especially when guests are paying a premium to stay there.

    The service was good and the pool was amazing. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room itself was great. The staff were super-friendly and the design was nice. The location was marvellous, only a short distance to an annual film festival.

    The rooftop pool was a divine oasis! The staff consistently were really nice too ensure my experience was really good.

    Despite the luxurious amenities, the noise from the rooftop bar was quite disruptive and could easily disturb your peace.

    The service of the hotel staff was excellent. A special thank you to Philip the head concierge and the House keeping staff who were prompt and extra special that makes your stay "a home away from Home". Thanks

    The rooftop pool was fine, perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. I loved that they had a complimentary mini-bar, not something you see often in hotels today!

    It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly worth it.

    Breakfast at Five Seas was a mixed bag, the bakery spread is great, but the scrambled eggs, well, they need a makeover! On the upside, the rooftop bar vibes are unbeatable after a day at the beach. Plus, the staff were genuinely cute.

    Now, let's spill some tea, the scrambled eggs weren't egg-cellent but rather dense and creamy. The coffee? Oh boy, it took ages to arrive. And amidst all the bustling energy, some team members seemed a bit flustered, totally forgivable at the start of the season.
